Mango lassi is a manthram like magic melody and I love it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mango Lassi Lullaby<\/strong><br \/>\n<font face=arial><small>(to fill two small glasses)<\/small><\/font><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nMango, ripe &#8211; one<br \/>\nYogurt, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nandyala.org\/mahanandi\/archives\/2005\/06\/23\/home-made-yogurt\/\" target=\"_blank\">homemade<\/a> &#8211; half cup<br \/>\nSugar &#8211; 1 tablespoon (I added maple syrup)<br \/>\nCardamom powder &#8211; a pinch<br \/>\nBlender<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Peel and cut mango to small pieces. Take them in a blender. Add maple syrup and cardamom. Puree to smooth. Add yogurt and about half glass of water. Blend until well mixed. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes. Pour into two glasses.
