Remove the seeds inside and slice them thin lengthwise. <\/p>\n<p>2.Heat one teaspoon of peanut oil in a wide pan. Toast pinch of each mustard seeds, cumin, minced garlic (<em>popu<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>3.Add and cook bell peppers, covered for about 5 minutes on medium-low.<\/p>\n<p>4.Remove the lid; add pinch of turmeric, a tablespoon of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nandyala.org\/mahanandi\/archives\/2005\/07\/07\/pappula-podi-spicy-roasted-chickpea-powder\/\">spicy <em>dalia<\/em> powder (<em>pappula podi<\/em>)<\/a> and salt to taste.
