At the beginning it may seem undefined and unclear, but at the end, it assumes clear and unmistakable identity that is fascinating and enchanting. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ishopindian.com\/shop\/product.php?productid=22073&#038;cat=0&#038;page=1\" target=\"_blank\">Dried mango powder (Amchur)<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ishopindian.com\/shop\/product.php?productid=22070&#038;cat=0&#038;page=1\" target=\"_blank\">ginger powder (sonti)<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ishopindian.com\/shop\/catalog\/MDH-Kasoori-Methi-Dry-Fenugreek-Leaf-p-22009.html\" target=\"_blank\">kasoori methi<\/a> adds to the mystique, giving a deeply memorable taste to paneer kadhi. <\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/mahanandi\/images\/paneer\/acharipaneerimagecopyrighted1.jpg\" class=\"noborder\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<small>Homemade Yogurt, Dried Ginger, Kasoori Methi and Paneer <\/small><\/center><\/p>\n<p><strong>Recipe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a small sauce pan, heat a teaspoon of oil. <\/p>\n<p>Add and saute the following ingredients in the order mentioned:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ishopindian.com\/shop\/product.php?productid=21685&#038;cat=0&#038;page=2\" target=\"_blank\">Urad dal<\/a>, cumin and mustard seeds &#8211; half teaspoon each<br \/>\nGreen chillies,  slit in the middle &#8211; 4<br \/>\nFinely chopped onions and fresh green peas &#8211; half cup each<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ishopindian.com\/shop\/product.php?productid=22073&#038;cat=0&#038;page=1\" target=\"_blank\">Dried mango (amchur)<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ishopindian.com\/shop\/product.php?productid=22070&#038;cat=0&#038;page=1\" target=\"_blank\">ginger(sonti)<\/a> &#038; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ishopindian.com\/shop\/catalog\/MDH-Kasoori-Methi-Dry-Fenugreek-Leaf-p-22009.html\" target=\"_blank\">kasoori methi<\/a>&#8211; half tsp each<br \/>\nTurmeric, sugar and salt to taste or quarter teaspoon each<br \/>\nSmall, bite-sized paneer cubes, about 12 to 15 <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>At the end, add about two cups of fresh homemade yogurt. Whisk the yogurt, thoroughly mixing with saut\u00c3\u0192\u00c2\u00a9ed spices.
