Sweet and juicy, in rich mahogany color, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nwcherries.com\/stonecherry.php\" target=\"_blank\">Washington state\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s own<\/a> beautiful bing cherries came to the rescue. Few cherries halved, pitted and mixed with yogurt, then refrigerated for half an hour. Preparing chilled cherry yogurt at home is a simple process with delightful results.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/mahanandi\/images\/cherryfruits\/cherryyogurtimagecopyrighted6.jpg\" class=\"noborder\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p><font face=georgia><center>Yesterday&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nandyala.org\/mahanandi\/archives\/2007\/07\/10\/ratatouille-india-inspired\/\" target=\"_blank\">ratatouille<\/a> reheated with pasta and freshened with mint, plus chilled cherry yogurt ~ Our meal today <\/center><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/mahanandi\/images\/cherryfruits\/cherryyogurtimagecopyrighted1.jpg\" class=\"noborder\" alt=\"\" \/> <\/center><\/p>\n<p><center><font face=verdana><strong>Recipe:<\/strong><br \/>\n<small>(for two)<br \/>\n2 cups <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nandyala.org\/mahanandi\/archives\/2005\/06\/23\/home-made-yogurt\/\" target=\"_blank\" >fresh homemade yogurt<\/a><br \/>\n15 cherry fruits<br \/>\nSalt and Sugar ~ a pinch each<br \/>\n********<br \/>\nRinse and cut the cherries in half. Twist, separate the halves and pullout the pit.<br \/>\nAdd salt and sugar to yogurt. Whisk the yogurt to smooth or buzz in a blender.<br \/>\nStir in the cherries. Refrigerate for about half an hour.
