\n¼ tsp each – mustard seeds and asafetida
\n1 cup – yellow and green sprouted peas<\/a>
\n1 bunch – fresh spinach, finely chopped
\n¼ tsp turmeric
\n2 tablespoons fresh coconut gratings, 4 green chillies and ¼tsp cumin
\n(blend to smooth paste)
\nSalt to taste or ¼ tsp<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
\nAdd and toast mustard seeds and asafetida.
\nWhen seeds start to pop, add the sprouted peas and reduce the heat to low.
\nSprinkle handful of water, cover and steam-cook the peas to tender.
\nAdd the chopped spinach.
\nSprinkle turmeric, coconut-chilli-cumin ground paste.
