This is my first comment on your website but I often visit, I always wanted to comment and Today was the Day I guess 🙂
Today was not one of the best day at work, I was really depressed and wanted to spend sometime thinking outside my world, I felt that if I read some blogs I might feel better, coz I really Love to cook… The first blog I could think of was yours and I saw your entire posting from March 2005 and what an amazing work, I really fell in love… When I finished I am out of my worries :)Thanks for the wonderful blog and appreciate all your effort.
I see lot of comments on your move to Houston / Dc not sure where, where ever it is we will all wait for your next posting !!
Good luck with the move Indira. I’ve had problem accessing your website for the last 2 weeks – all I’d see was a blank white page. I’m glad it finally worked today.
I’m a huge fan, and have been for a couple 3ish years. LOVE IT! Good luck in Houston, there’s sooo much food and culture, but not too much love out there.
Thank you for the photo. I will make this candy in those proportions. Maybe add a bit of ginger? My Vietnamese co-worker-friend gave me some candy after her visit home and it was so fabulous. Perhaps this is the recipe? Either way, this sounds delicious…far better than typical candy bars and too-much-white-sugar. Thank you again for sharing your knowledge.
